Learn
How many people are hungry? Why does hunger exist in a world of plenty? What can be done to improve things? Bread for the World offers materials to help you understand the issues so you can be a more effective advocate. We give you the key facts, clarify policy questions and provide timely updates.
I had the privilege to compose a PSA for this organization along side two great class mates tatiana duque and Karen Rodriguez. Everyday millions of families go to bed hungry. They ask them self why every night? theres no answer good enough. We the more fortunate can make a difference. It takes just a few min to make a diff. with 0.42 cents the cost of a stamp.

Meditation is simply a willingness to witness. It is an invitation to watch yourself -your mind, your emotions, your body and environment - without reacting to what you observe. It is an invitation to get to know yourself honestly and sincerely, to make friends with yourself. It is an invitation for you to live in the present moment.

How often we wish for another chance
to make a fresh beginning.
A chance to blot out our mistakes
And change failure into winning.
It does not take a new day
To make a brand new start,
It only takes a deep desire
To try with all our heart.
To live a little better
And to always be forgiving
And to add a little sunshine
To the world in which we're living.
So never give up in despair
And think that you are through,
For there's always a tomorrow
And the hope of starting new.

Evidence shows that some of the leading causes of death in the United States, such as heart disease, cancer, stroke, some lung diseases, injuries, and HIV/AIDS, often can be prevented by improving personal health habits. Eating right, staying physically active, and not smoking are a few examples of good habits that can help you stay healthy.
